Our Prep Cheer Team is a low cost low commitment option with an introductory level of competition.
Rec Cheer is a performance only program for learning basic cheer skills and how to perform a routine. It is a 4 month program with a parent performance at the end of each session.

Entry level tumbling for learning the foundation skills to safely advance to the next level of tumbling skills.
With a safe foundation, this class will jump into intermediate tumbling skills that will involve running tumbling as well as standing tumbling skills.
With an athlete's understanding of safety and proper technique, we help them push to the tumbling skills they are focused on achieving. Helping them reach their goals quickly.
Each team will practice twice a week for 1-2 hours each practice, depending on the team. We have a team for any skill level, and ages 3-18.
